Here is a video I put together of a weldless ball valve installation. I really need a camera operator. I did have to edit a little out for You Tube time sakes. So about 5 min of me drilling with only the back of my head showing was cut out. I also cut out the first clip where I thought it was done. Turned out I still had a leak. I mention it in the end of the video that I had to make the hole a little bigger so the bulkhead would fit flush. Here it is comments are welcome. Here is a link to the step bit I used.
